1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Management

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the dka88 platform — including but not limited to the dka88 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, software, game logic, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of dka88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the platform grants you any ownership interest or licence in any dka88 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

dka88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
